I`ve been wondering if it might be time for us to swap SPIRITUALITY for HUMANITY.
After all we did not incarnate into the human experience to escape from it.
We did not choose to be human to be obsessed with ascending out of our bodies.
Enlightenment is finding peace within the body is it not?
The thing is, we are already spiritual, we arrived as a soul with immense spiritual knowledge with the express intent to BE A HUMAN.
To have an embodied experience. If this was something you wanted to avoid you would have remained in the spirit world.
Did you know there are many spirits who choose to participate in the expansion of human consciousness (the Great Awakening) AS a spirit?
They choose not to incarnate. To instead work in the realms of the unseen but this is not you and this is not me.
We chose to BE HERE NOW. At this specific time on earth, in these bodies, with these families, in this society; living and learning in this now reality.
For me this has been one of the hardest things to accept.
That I chose this world as it is, that I chose this body as it is, that I came here to simply BE A HUMAN.
My pursuit of spirituality has propelled me to have many mystical experiences I sam deeply grateful for but the greatest joy I have found lies within the human experience.
To be human means to be grounded, not to "rise above" nor "awaken" to your Starseed nature.
You can return to the stars once you have learned what you came here to learn and then drop your body.
For now, let us relish all that this fascinatingly bizarre and beautiful human experience has to offer.
There is no place like Earth!

If you are a northern rivers or Gold Coast local, I recommend you get to one of these events. Take some cuddle buddies and your sheepies and soak up the offering.
Today I feel relaxed in my body and clear in my mind. Most of us are starved of touch. Do not underestimate the healing powers of long cuddles and touches by trusted friends.
Do not leave it all in the hands of your partner or lover to provide all of your touch needs. Be a dog, receive pats. Open yourself up to being touched. It’s incredibly healing on all levels.

The winter solstice is approaching this weekend, and it’s a time to reflect on the energy of the season, especially in the Southern Hemisphere where it signifies death.
Last weekend, while preparing for the opening ceremony for a local event, I was reminded by Mother Gaia of the significance of this time.
Mother Gaia taught us to honor and accept death, both within and around us. We should not defame death but sit with it, understanding it’s a natural part of life.
We must trust in the process of death and rebirth. Just as the most beautiful leaves fall, we must release and let go, redirecting our energy towards new growth.
To help us with this letting go, the consciousness of fire has presented itself for collaboration during our Solstice Ceremony this Thursday night.
Fire, as a powerful transmuter, offers its skills to those willing to work with it reverently.
